The delivery of orders is carried out through American Wit Warehouse at the address indicated by the customer.

Some products may have a different delivery period; to know the delivery period of a product, consult its datasheet.

The exact shipping cost will always be indicated at the time of purchase and may be accessible for special promotions if determined.

Once the product leaves our warehouse (orders cannot always leave our warehouse on the same day as the order is placed), the delivery time on the peninsula will be 24/48 BUSINESS, except for orders where delivery will take place in a city ​​far from urban centers or challenging to access, in this case, the delivery period could exceed 72 working hours.

Delivery time is approximately 15 working days as long as the product is in stock and once it has left our warehouses.

In any case, you can track the status of the order (in process, billed, canceled, shipped) from the "MY ACCOUNT" area of ​​the website.

If, at the time of delivery, there is no one present at the indicated address, the transport company will leave a notification to schedule a new delivery. You must contact the transport agency, and notify a new day.

If, at the time of delivery, it is visibly and noted, without the need to manipulate the shipping packaging or the products, that a product has defects caused by transport or if, in the same way, an error in the goods received is observed, the customer must note it in the delivery notification and notify America-Wit within a maximum of 24 hours (by email to Zugarllc@gmail.com to request the return of the affected product or products and replace it with another one in optimal conditions. Or refund the price paid for the same, as indicated in the fax or email.


RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied (the product is simply not what you expected or you do not like), we will refund the money for the item itself, but shipping costs will not be refunded.

You will have a period of 14 calendar days to make the return; even so, the return costs will be borne by the buyer.

Partial product returns will not be accepted. After this period has passed without communicating the desire to withdraw, no refund will be accepted.

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product or packaging is in poor condition.
  • The product is incomplete; accessories are missing or used and/or broken*.
  • Products that, in accordance with current regulations, sound recordings, videos, records, and the like, are personalized products or that, for hygiene or other reasons, are not subject to return.
  • Missing accessories or instructions or any other documentation.
  • The deadline for this purpose has passed.
  • Missing proof of purchase and delivery note.

The refund will be made as soon as we receive the product and verify that it is in perfect condition within 3 to 15 days.

* In the case of defective, broken, or damaged products during delivery to the customer, you must proceed with the returns from American-Wit, and in no case can it be processed in the store. In this case, you must notify us of the poor status of the order within 24 hours.

Refunds will be made to the chosen payment method.

3- Deliver the product to be returned with the respective return guide. In case of non-delivery of the delivery note, American-Wit reserves the right not to return it.

Once the product has been verified, it will be refunded through the same payment method before deducting the tariff in the form of return costs.
